Felicia Fay is an inventor with a power for inventing new and innovative items, even using everyday items. Felicia is captured during the battle for what is now Skipper City, and sold at a slave auction to Felix Campbell.

Felicia Fay is given a challenge by Felix that in order to keep her powers she needs to keep contributing to himself and later to Legion. Felicia becomes an integral part of Legion, designing and building everything from the infamous Sausage Machine to the Wardens. Felicia also designed the layout of most of the Legion headquarters in many cities. Felicia is the head of Legions R&D and all of the science and medical research. Felicia and Ioana Iliescu develop a relationdhip through the first two books and get married. Though Felicia may badmouth Felix to no end, she is one of the most loyal members of Legion. |
