Plot[]

Otherlife series - Aboard a military ship bound for an outer colony he awakes to a login prompt for "Otherlife Dreams" and the sense that some of his memories are missing. As he orients himself he finds a garbled message from himself explaining the situation in stochastic bits that to regain his memories he must play and level his character but is warned not to die as it will be permanent. He finds the ship is with power and life support albeit in emergency states. Digging further into the ship logs he sees that they were only 1 year into a 3 year journey and seemingly stranded until help could arrive and fix the ship.
