Warner defines "Average Joe", until his daughter is injured by a senseless attack and the person responsible would not be punished. He soon finds that he can tell by some unknown power if a person is righteous or a malefactor. He also seems to gain power by the balancing of the scales, or correcting injustice. This culminates in being able to fully manifest angelic powers although that seems to exact a toll upon his body. |
